Meet Tina and Bart Cates

Our story

Keystone Legacy Partners is a husband-and-wife team serving all of Middle Tennessee, with a family-first approach. We got into real estate because we enjoy helping people make good decisions, not just closing deals. We work with first-time buyers, sellers ready to move on, and families relocating to or from Middle Tennessee, and we’ll be candid with you, even when that means advising patience.

Tina brings 26 years of real estate experience and deep local market knowledge. She is the team’s principal broker and holds both Tennessee and Kentucky licenses.

Bart became a licensed REALTOR® in 2025 after a career in operations and business ownership. Since 2000 he has managed a high-volume Goodlettsville restaurant with a team of up to 40, and since 2004 he has run his own company. He holds degrees in mathematics and computer science, and business administration, from Middle Tennessee State University, plus a master’s in pastoral counseling. He brings a numbers-driven approach and a listener’s patience to every client conversation.
